Who We Are.
Meadows & Macie, P.C. was founded in 1985 by Rod G. Meadows, who had previously spent nine years with the firm Smith, Welch & Meadows. The firm now also includes James J. Macie, Terri S. Sutton, Stephen P. Morris, Eric W. Littlefield and an experienced team of paraprofessionals.
Our attorneys provide legal services to healthcare, governmental, corporate, insurance, and transportation entities,
as well as individuals, in the areas of healthcare, business, defense litigation, family, employment, and transportation
law. In addition to the services we provide directly, we also utilize and direct an extensive network of subspecialists and
outside firms, effectively allowing our clients access to a "full-service" law office without the expense generally associated
with large, downtown firms. We believe the most important member of the legal team is a well-informed, ethical client, who actively
interacts with counsel to secure timely legal service and to reach the desired goal.
